Hawaii wedding, Utah reception 6/22/11

Getting married in July on a beach in Hawaii sure would be romantic don't you think? Heck, any beach would be fabulous this time of year. I can hear the ukulele strumming now and see everyone in their sundresses and shades with leis.
Just got done with an 8 piece order for a couple, Tyson and Adrea of Utah who will be getting married July 1st somewhere in Hawaii, then coming back to have a rehersal dinner party featuring some of my artwork on their tables. The couple wants to bring the beach back from Hawaii and let their guests enjoy some sun and fun too!
The wedding arrow and beach sign point the way to the party while the 4 blocks will be on each table to bring the theme all together. The Welcome oval sign will be a wedding gift from mom (she did all the ordering for them) to have on their front entrance to their new home. I am still working on the big, grand finale of the Tyson and Andrea extra large oval sign with their wedding date of July 1st, 2011 but it's turning out nice too. I asked for the colors of the wedding and will incorporate the lavenders and purples and turquioses they used to keep the theme going. It's fun doing a collection of pieces that can coordinate all together yet, be broken up later to hang up in various places in their new home.
