Shipping Information

Standard shipping rates

These are shipping costs within the United States. We do not offer shipments to a Post Office box at this time. Please provide a physical address for shipment. If you would rather order by phone just call us.

How we ship:

We ship priority, USPS ground. The shipping and tracking information will be listed in your shipping notification.

Arrival time: Purchases are shipping from our studio and should arrive within 7-10 business days from receipt of order. If you have a large custom order, please allow a few more days. In an event of a delay, you will be notified.

Something damaged during shipping?: We make every effort for your order to arrive in perfect condition. However, should any damage occur during shipping, please notify us. Be sure to inspect your order when it arrives. If the product is damaged, please contact us IMMEDIATELY (within 24 hours). As the shipper, we have only a limited time to make a claim with the delivery source.

Exchanges and Returns:

Sea Sand Designs is confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from us. Although, if you are dissatisfied with a product we send you, for any reason, simply return it within 30 days, in its original condition and box along with a copy of your receipt. Your return must be insured. We will gladly authorize a return for a refund or exchange within 30 days following receipt of the item by you. We will promptly refund the full purchase price less the shipping costs. To supervise proper handling of exchanges or credits, please contact us so we may be aware of the return before it’s sent back.

The charge on your credit card will appear under the name: Sea Sand Designs. Due to increase credit card security requirements and procedures, the billing address you provide us must match the one in which your credit card statement is mailed. We reserve the right to have you fax us photocopies of both the credit card and a signature, for security purposes.
